Nuvo vs Everlywell 360: a daily biological-age iPhone app compared with an annual 83-biomarker Quest lab membership

Choose Everlywell 360 if you want one annual lab snapshot: an in-person Quest blood draw plus a urine sample covering 83 biomarkers, a clinician-reviewed Care Plan, a WellScore, and a biological age estimate from 9 biomarkers, for $399 a year. Choose Nuvo if you want a daily biological age on iPhone and Apple Watch from 21 biomarkers — HealthKit plus optional labs — with on-device AI, no account, and $24.99/year after a 7-day trial. Everlywell 360 is the yearly panel. Nuvo is the daily, private, low-cost score between draws, and you can bring Everlywell lab results into Nuvo as optional labs.

Written by the Nuvo Longevity editorial team at Firefly Labs LLC, the developer of Nuvo. Everlywell 360 details below are taken from Everlywell’s public 360 membership page, the Everlywell 360 membership FAQ (last updated 8 July 2026), the WellScore explainer (written 29 May 2025), and the privacy notice (last updated 19 October 2026). Everlywell+ pricing is from the public at-home membership page and checkout, checked 21 October 2026. We do not invent a price for the separate Everlywell 360 + Consult add-on, because those pages do not print one. This page is educational and is not medical advice.

What each product actually sells

Everlywell 360: one Quest panel a year

Everlywell 360 is a consumer lab membership from Everlywell (Everly Health, Inc.). The public price is $399 billed annually. The membership page lists what that year includes: one 83-biomarker lab test, a biological age, and a personalized clinician-reviewed Care Plan. The same page says the test is FSA/HSA eligible and that you cannot use insurance. Everlywell’s own FAQ estimates the out-of-pocket cost of these tests at about $10,000 if ordered without insurance. That figure is Everlywell’s estimate, not a bill we audited.

The sample is not a finger-prick kit. The membership FAQ says you book an in-person visit at one of 2,000+ Quest Diagnostics locations. A healthcare provider draws blood from a vein, and you self-collect a urine sample. You fast 9–12 hours (water is allowed). Fees for the draw are included in the $399; the FAQ tells members not to pay Quest and not to bring an insurance card. The purchase tips say you must be 18 or older; the age-requirement answer says you must be over 18. Membership is not currently offered in Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island. Bring a photo ID that matches the name and date of birth on the order. Tests are processed in CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited labs through Quest.

Everlywell groups the 83 biomarkers into six categories on the membership page: nutritional health, hormone health, heart and metabolic, inflammation and autoimmunity, liver kidney and bladder, and immune and blood cell. Some hormone markers are sex-specific. The page marks AMH, estradiol, FSH, and LH for the female panel, and free PSA, percent-free PSA, and total PSA for the male panel. Heart and metabolic markers on that list include lipids, lipoprotein(a), homocysteine, glucose, HbA1c, insulin, and uric acid. Inflammation includes hsCRP. The count Everlywell prints is 83. A single draw is the panel for your sex assigned at birth, not every name on the combined list.

Timing is annual. The membership page says “one annual test.” The FAQ says you are charged on the anniversary of signup and prompted to schedule Quest again, and that the appointment must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Most customers get lab results within 9 days of the visit. The WellScore is delivered with those results. The clinician-reviewed Care Plan, with a clinical summary and next-step guidance, should be ready within 24 hours of the results. A separate WellScore article says the score arrives in 7–10 days. We cite both windows and do not collapse them into one promise.

The base membership is not a live doctor visit and not a diagnosis. The FAQ states that diagnosis and treatment are not currently available through Everlywell 360, and that results are meant to be shared with your own clinician. Everlywell also sells Everlywell 360 + Consult, a 1:1 visit with a licensed clinician after results and the Care Plan. That clinician may discuss lifestyle steps, follow-up testing, or a prescription when medically appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Additional labs and prescriptions are not included in the membership fee. The pages we checked do not print a public price for the consult add-on, so this article does not invent one.

Everlywell 360 is also not Everlywell+. Everlywell+ is a separate at-home credit plan: $39 a month for one credit, or $449 a year with two bonus credits on the public checkout we checked on 21 October 2026. Credits redeem for mailed at-home tests (often 1–4 credits) or virtual care. That is a different product from the $399 Quest panel.

Nuvo: a daily 21-biomarker score

Nuvo Longevity (App Store: Nuvo: Longevity Coach, id 6762535065) is an iPhone and Apple Watch app. It calculates a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers: Apple Health / HealthKit data from Apple Watch, Oura, or Garmin, plus optional lab results so conventional numbers you already paid for (HbA1c, fasting glucose, HDL, CRP, creatinine, and more) sit in the same score.

Coaching runs as on-device private AI (Nuvo Intelligence). There is no account. Apple’s privacy nutrition label for Nuvo is Data Not Collected. Health data stays on the phone. Price is $4.99/month or $24.99/year after a 7-day trial — $24.99/year is $2.08/month billed annually. See Nuvo pricing. Nuvo does not schedule Quest, sell an 83-marker panel, or replace a clinician-reviewed Care Plan.

If the job is “one broad blood-and-urine panel a year, with a Care Plan and a WellScore,” that is Everlywell 360. If the job is “one daily biological age from 21 biomarkers, privately, on the phone you already carry,” that is Nuvo. Download app. For a 160+ lab membership with a different cadence, see Nuvo vs Function Health. For InsideTracker’s blood membership and InnerAge, see Nuvo vs InsideTracker. Comparison table

Everlywell 360 Nuvo Longevity
Price $399/year, billed annually, for one 83-biomarker Quest panel, a clinician-reviewed Care Plan, a WellScore, and a biological age. FSA/HSA eligible on the membership page; the FAQ says you submit the purchase for HSA/FSA reimbursement and should confirm rules with your administrator. Insurance is not accepted. The separate Everlywell+ plan is $39/month (or $449/year on checkout) for at-home credits, not this Quest panel. 360 + Consult has no public price on the pages we checked. $4.99/month or $24.99/year ($2.08/month billed annually) after a 7-day trial. No lab draw is bundled. Pricing.
Biomarker count 83 biomarkers on the membership page, across six categories, with some hormones only on the female or male panel. Biological age and WellScore each use 9 biomarkers, not all 83. 21 biomarkers: HealthKit wearables plus optional conventional labs (HbA1c, fasting glucose, HDL, CRP, creatinine, and more). Not an 83-marker chemistry panel.
Testing frequency Once per membership year. You are charged annually and schedule Quest again. The visit must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Lab results for most customers arrive within 9 days; the Care Plan follows within about 24 hours of those results. The WellScore article says 7–10 days. Daily. The biological age recalculates on the phone from 21 biomarkers so sleep, HRV, training, and optional labs can move the number between annual draws.
Biological age method A once-a-year estimate “based on 9 key biomarkers” tied to aging, metabolism, inflammation, and overall health. Everlywell does not name those nine markers, publish weights, or cite a paper on the 360 page or the membership FAQ. The WellScore article groups the nine into inflammation and immune function, metabolic and organ health, and cellular and nutritional status, and calls the result a “phenotypic age” without a methods appendix. WellScore (50–100) translates that same biomarker result against chronological age. Today’s WellScore does not include sleep or activity; Everlywell lists those as future additions. A daily score from 21 biomarkers (wearables plus optional labs), calculated on device. Nuvo does not compute Everlywell’s 9-biomarker age or the WellScore.
Data privacy Account product. The privacy notice (19 October 2026) describes personal information you provide (including health history), consumer health data, cookies, and analytics such as Google Analytics, plus disclosure to service providers including laboratories, telehealth providers, and pharmacies. Some Everlywell products may involve protected health information and HIPAA. This is a cloud lab account, not an on-device-only app. No account. On-device private AI (Nuvo Intelligence). Apple privacy label: Data Not Collected. Health data stays on the phone, is not sent to Nuvo servers, and is not sold. See on-device AI and privacy.
Devices In-person Quest blood draw and urine sample. Results, WellScore, and Care Plan live in a MyEverly account. Not an Apple Watch daily biological-age app. iPhone and Apple Watch app. Reads HealthKit from Apple Watch, Oura, or Garmin. Optional lab results are entered by you. Not Android.
Account requirement Yes. You check out with a name, date of birth, email, and phone that match your photo ID, then use MyEverly to schedule Quest and read results. No account required.

What each biological age actually measures

Everlywell’s membership page says biological age reflects how the body is aging physiologically, “based on 9 key biomarkers tied to aging, metabolism, inflammation, and overall health.” The on-page FAQ separates that number from the WellScore: biological age is the long-term trajectory (faster, slower, or roughly on pace with chronological age), and the WellScore turns the same biomarker-based result into one easier number. The WellScore explainer puts that number on a 50–100 scale and says higher is better. It also says the nine biomarkers “help calculate your phenotypic age.” It does not name the nine, show a formula, or cite Levine or any other paper. Calling it phenotypic age in quotes is not the same as publishing a PhenoAge implementation. We will not guess the marker list.

That article also says today’s WellScore does not yet fold in sleep, activity, or nutrition, and that using more of the 83 biomarkers is future work. The 9-marker age is a snapshot from one fasting Quest visit. It does not move the next morning because you slept better.

Nuvo’s 21 biomarkers are a different measurement. Wearable signals (sleep, HRV, fitness) and optional conventional labs are recalculated daily on the phone. A Nuvo score and an Everlywell biological age of the same number are not interchangeable. For the calendar-age contrast those words depend on, see biological age vs chronological age.

Who Everlywell 360 is for

Everlywell 360 fits someone who wants a broad annual blood-and-urine panel without using insurance, lives in a state where the membership is sold, and will go to Quest once a year. The product is the 83-marker list, the clinician-reviewed Care Plan, and a once-a-year WellScore plus biological age. It is a reasonable fit if your current physical does not include markers you want to see — lipids beyond a basic panel, HbA1c, insulin, hsCRP, thyroid antibodies, nutrients, a urine panel — and you want them in one order.

It is a poor fit if you need the test in Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island, if you are under 18, if you want insurance to pay, or if you want a biological age that updates from an Apple Watch every day. It is also the wrong product if you thought you were buying Everlywell+ at $39/month. That plan mails at-home kits. It is not the 83-biomarker Quest membership.

Who Nuvo is for

Nuvo fits someone who wants a daily biological age on the iPhone and Apple Watch they already own, at $24.99/year, without opening an account. It fits the months between lab visits: sleep, training, and resting physiology can change the 21-biomarker score when a yearly Quest panel cannot. It also fits people who already paid for Everlywell, Function, InsideTracker, or a clinician panel and want those conventional results in the same daily number.

Nuvo is the wrong product if the job is “order 83 biomarkers and a clinician-reviewed Care Plan.” Nuvo does not draw blood, does not review a Quest panel, and does not ship a WellScore. Buy the lab membership for the lab job. Download app only if the job is the daily score.

How to use Everlywell 360 and Nuvo together

Use both if you want the annual snapshot and a daily score. Everlywell 360 is the once-a-year Quest panel, Care Plan, WellScore, and 9-biomarker biological age. Nuvo is the daily 21-biomarker readout on HealthKit, with room for optional labs you already have.

After results are in MyEverly, bring the conventional markers Nuvo can use — HbA1c, fasting glucose, HDL, CRP, creatinine, and the other labs you choose to enter — into Nuvo as optional lab results. Those values sit in the same daily score as sleep and training. Nuvo does not log into MyEverly. It does not import the WellScore, and it does not treat Everlywell’s unpublished 9-biomarker age as a named input. A standard lab value can. A WellScore of 88 cannot, because that number is Everlywell’s scale, not one of Nuvo’s 21 biomarkers.

Keep the Care Plan with a clinician. Nuvo does not replace it, and an on-device score does not diagnose the out-of-range markers Quest reported. If you only want the panel, stop at Everlywell 360. If you only want the daily private score, stop at Nuvo. If you already pay $399 for the panel and still want to see whether sleep and training moved a number before next year’s draw, stack them.

Privacy

Everlywell 360 requires an account. Checkout uses your legal name, date of birth, email, and phone, and Quest checks a photo ID. Results are read in MyEverly. The privacy notice updated 19 October 2026 covers website visitors and users of Everlywell products, including apps. It describes information you provide (name, contact details, purchase history, health history, messages), consumer health data such as conditions, medications, tests, and genetic data when you or a lab provide them, plus cookies, pixels, and analytics tools including Google Analytics. Personal information may be shared with service providers, including laboratories, telehealth providers, and pharmacies. The notice says some products may involve protected health information and may be subject to HIPAA, and points to a separate HIPAA notice for that case. That is a normal shape for a national lab-ordering product. It is not Nuvo’s shape.

Nuvo requires no account. The App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. Coaching is on-device. Health data stays on the phone and is not sold. If you will not put a Quest order, ID match, and lab history in a MyEverly account, do not buy Everlywell 360. If you will not put longitudinal wearable and lab data on an app account, Nuvo is the one built for that constraint. More on the architecture: health app privacy and on-device AI.

Pricing math without invented discounts

Everlywell 360, checked 21 October 2026: $399 per year on the membership page. One test that year. FSA/HSA eligible on that page; the FAQ says the purchase can be submitted for HSA/FSA reimbursement and that you should check your administrator. Insurance does not pay. State exclusions: AZ, AK, HI, NJ, NY, RI. Everlywell+ is a different checkout: $39/month or $449/year with two bonus credits. Do not add $39 × 12 and call it the price of 360.

Nuvo: $4.99/month or $24.99/year ($2.08/month billed annually) after a 7-day trial. No Quest visit is included. Details are on the pricing page.

Those prices buy different objects. $399 buys an 83-biomarker annual panel and a Care Plan. $24.99 buys a daily 21-biomarker score on a phone you already own. Comparing them as two versions of the same test is a category error. Someone searching for an Everlywell 360 alternative still has to decide which job they are replacing: the lab order, or the biological-age number they look at more than once a year. Nuvo replaces the second job. It does not replace Quest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I pick Nuvo or Everlywell 360?
Pick Everlywell 360 if you want one annual Quest blood draw and urine sample, 83 biomarkers, a clinician-reviewed Care Plan, a WellScore, and a biological age from 9 biomarkers, at $399/year, and you live in a state where it is sold. Pick Nuvo if you want a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers on iPhone and Apple Watch, optional labs, on-device AI, no account, and $24.99/year after a 7-day trial. If you want the panel and a daily score, use both: Everlywell for the yearly labs, Nuvo for the daily number, with Everlywell results entered as optional labs.

Is Everlywell 360 a biological age test?
It includes a biological age, and that is not the whole product. The membership is an 83-biomarker Quest panel plus a clinician-reviewed Care Plan and a WellScore. Biological age on the membership page is based on 9 biomarkers. The WellScore is a separate 50–100 number from that same biomarker result. Neither one is a daily Apple Watch score.

How does Everlywell calculate biological age?
Everlywell says the estimate uses 9 biomarkers tied to aging, metabolism, inflammation, and overall health, and the WellScore article sorts those nine into inflammation and immune function, metabolic and organ health, and cellular and nutritional status. The public pages do not name the nine markers, publish the weights, or cite a paper. We do not treat the phrase “phenotypic age” on the WellScore article as a published PhenoAge formula. The article also says sleep, activity, and nutrition are not in today’s WellScore.

Can I use Nuvo with Everlywell 360 lab results?
Yes. They are complementary. Keep Everlywell 360 for the annual panel, Care Plan, WellScore, and 9-biomarker age. Enter conventional results you already have — such as HbA1c, fasting glucose, HDL, CRP, and creatinine — into Nuvo as optional labs. Nuvo does not import MyEverly, the WellScore, or Everlywell’s 9-biomarker age as named inputs. The daily Nuvo score still uses HealthKit on iPhone and Apple Watch.

How much does Everlywell 360 cost, and is it the same as Everlywell+?
Everlywell 360 is $399 billed annually for one Quest panel that year. It is HSA/FSA eligible on the membership page and is not paid by insurance. Everlywell+ is a different plan: $39/month for one at-home credit, or $449/year with two bonus credits on the checkout page we checked 21 October 2026. Nuvo is $4.99/month or $24.99/year after a 7-day trial.

Where is Everlywell 360 available, and can I use insurance?
The membership FAQ says you cannot use insurance. It also says membership is not currently offered in AZ, AK, HI, NJ, NY, or RI. Purchase tips say you must be 18 or older; the age-requirement answer says over 18. You schedule a fasting visit at a Quest Diagnostics location. The draw fee is included in the $399; do not pay Quest separately.

Does Nuvo require an account?
No. Nuvo uses on-device private AI and no account. Apple’s privacy label is Data Not Collected; health data stays on the phone. Everlywell 360 requires a MyEverly account and a photo ID that matches the lab order. Nuvo reads 21 longevity biomarkers from HealthKit plus optional labs. Everlywell’s 9-biomarker biological age is a different, once-a-year estimate.

Is this medical advice?
No. This comparison is educational and is not medical advice. Everlywell’s own FAQ says Everlywell 360 does not currently diagnose or treat you. A Care Plan, a WellScore, a biological age, and a wearable score should be reviewed with a qualified clinician before you change medication, training, or diet.
