Nuvo vs Blueprint: Daily Biological Age App or Bryan Johnson's Protocol Stack?
Pick Blueprint stacks ($98–$449) for Bryan Johnson's supplement protocol. Pick Nuvo for a daily 21-biomarker biological age on iPhone, $24.99/yr, no account.

Choose Blueprint if you want Bryan Johnson’s commercial protocol stack — supplements, nutrition, and optional devices sold as Easy ($98), Medium ($270), or Big ($449) bundles. Choose Nuvo if you want a practical daily biological age on iPhone and Apple Watch from 21 biomarkers — HealthKit wearables plus optional lab PDF — with on-device AI, no account, and $24.99/year after a 7-day trial. They are different jobs: a supplement protocol you swallow versus a daily score on the phone you already carry.

What each product actually sells
Blueprint: a protocol stack, not a daily age app
Blueprint is Bryan Johnson’s longevity product brand, operated by Immortals (Continuance LLC). The store sells clinically marketed, third-party-tested supplements, nutrition, meal delivery, skincare, haircare, and health devices. Blueprint’s own agent guidance is explicit about the split: buy stacks and formulations on blueprint.bryanjohnson.com; read Bryan’s personal protocol and biomarker essays on bryanjohnson.com; buy biomarker testing, telehealth, and concierge care on immortals.com.
The average-person entry is a named stack, not an iPhone biological-age score. Live US store prices we checked (Shopify product JSON, 6 September 2026):
- Easy Stack — Blood Orange: $98. Copy: “1 drink, 2 pills. 36 Longevity Actives in a 30 second protocol.” A 30-day Longevity Mix plus Essential Capsules.
- Medium Stack: $270. Copy: “3 capsules + 1 shake + 1 shot” and “55 Longevity Actives in a 2 minute routine.” Includes Longevity Mix, Essential Capsules, Advanced Antioxidants, Metabolic Protein Powder, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Big Stack: $449. Copy: breakfast plus post-workout protocol, “60 Longevity Actives in one day.”
Build My Stack repeats those three prices and offers a 5% subscription discount if you assemble your own stack. Individual cornerstone SKUs on Blueprint’s public catalog include Longevity Mix, Essential Capsules, and Advanced Antioxidants at $49 each for a 30-day supply (Advanced Antioxidants confirmed at $49 on the live product JSON).
Bryan’s personal site still describes the philosophy separately from checkout: the Don’t Die / Protocol page says “two years and millions were spent developing an algorithm” and that the protocol information is “available for free.” The same homepage markets Blueprint as “67 health interventions based upon 1,000+ clinical trials.” That is protocol literature, not a daily Apple Watch age number.
If the job in your head is “Bryan Johnson labs,” that SKU is not the Blueprint stack. Immortals Biomarkers is a $365/year membership ($1/day, billed annually; HSA/FSA eligible on that page) with two blood-and-urine rounds a year, “100+ biomarkers,” and an AI companion. The Biomarkers Bryan Johnson App Store listing (id 6752259498, Continuance LLC) repeats $365/year, 160+ measurements, and Quest Diagnostics draws. The Immortals biomarkers page lists “Track biological age” under Coming soon. We will not pretend Blueprint stacks calculate a daily biological age, and we will not pretend Immortals’ lab membership is the same product as Nuvo.
Nuvo: a daily 21-biomarker score
Nuvo Longevity (App Store: Nuvo: Longevity Coach, id 6762535065) is an iPhone and Apple Watch app. It calculates a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers: Apple Health / HealthKit data from Apple Watch, Oura, or Garmin, plus optional lab PDF upload so results you already paid for sit in the same score.
Coaching runs as on-device private AI (Nuvo Intelligence). There is no account. Apple’s privacy nutrition label for Nuvo is Data Not Collected. Price is $4.99/month or $24.99/year after a 7-day trial — $24.99/year is $2.08/month billed annually.
Nuvo is not a supplement stack, a Quest draw, or Bryan Johnson’s protocol. It does not ship capsules, olive oil, or a 36-to-60-active morning routine. If you want the stack Blueprint sells, buy Blueprint. If you want a number that moves on sleep, HRV, and training — and can include labs you already have — that is the Nuvo job. For a wider field of apps, see our 2026 biological age app comparison. For another Apple Watch bio-age app, see SuperAge vs Nuvo. For a 160+ lab-membership contrast, see Nuvo vs Function Health (Function is $365/year for clinician-reviewed labs — the same annual price Immortals lists for Biomarkers, a different vendor).
Comparison table
| Blueprint (Bryan Johnson) | Nuvo Longevity | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Easy Stack $98; Medium Stack $270; Big Stack $449 (US store JSON, Sep 2026). Build-your-own stack: 5% subscription discount. Individual core SKUs from $49/30 days. Adjacent Immortals Biomarkers membership: $365/year (not a Blueprint stack). | $4.99/month or $24.99/year ($2.08/month billed annually) after a 7-day trial. |
| What you buy | Supplement / nutrition / device protocol. Easy = 36 “Longevity Actives” (1 drink + 2 pills). Medium = 55 actives in a 2-minute breakfast routine. Big = 60 actives, breakfast + post-workout. Not a daily biological-age app. | iPhone + Apple Watch app. Daily biological age from 21 biomarkers (HealthKit + optional lab PDF). Not a supplement stack. |
| Daily score | No daily wearable biological age on Blueprint product pages. Immortals Biomarkers lists biological-age tracking as “Coming soon.” Bryan’s personal protocol write-up is free on bryanjohnson.com. | Daily biological age on iPhone and Apple Watch from the 21-biomarker set. |
| Labs | Blueprint stacks do not include a Quest panel. Immortals Biomarkers (separate SKU) is 2×/year blood + urine, 100+ biomarkers / 160+ measurements on their public pages. | Optional lab PDF into the same daily 21-biomarker score. Not a lab membership. Does not schedule draws. |
| Privacy / account | Shopify store checkout and, for Immortals Biomarkers, an account (Google / Apple / email on the App Store listing). Cloud lab results. | No account. On-device private AI (Nuvo Intelligence). Apple privacy label: Data Not Collected. Data is not sent to Nuvo servers and is not sold. |
| Platform | Web store (blueprint.bryanjohnson.com). Biomarkers companion app is a separate Continuance LLC listing (id 6752259498). | iPhone + Apple Watch. HealthKit; Apple Watch, Oura, or Garmin via Apple Health. |
| Who it’s for | People who want Bryan Johnson’s packaged morning/post-workout stack and will pay $98–$449 per 30-day kit — or $365/year if the job is Immortals’ twice-yearly labs. | People who want one daily 21-biomarker score on the watch they already own, optional labs they already paid for, no account, at $24.99/year. |
| App Store ratings | Blueprint is a store, not an App Store bio-age app. The adjacent Biomarkers Bryan Johnson listing had about 3.7 from 7 US ratings on the lookup we checked. Do not treat that as Blueprint stack reviews. | Honestly thin: 5.0 from 4 US ratings. Do not treat that as a large review corpus. |
Where Blueprint wins
Blueprint wins if the job is swallow the protocol. Easy / Medium / Big are physical goods with published active counts (36 / 55 / 60) and a 30-second to one-day routine. Nuvo does not ship powder, capsules, or olive oil. If you came here because you want Bryan’s breakfast stack, the store is the product.
Blueprint also wins on brand-protocol depth. The catalog covers protein, creatine, omega-3, skincare, haircare (including a $999 302 Laser Cap on Blueprint’s public featured list), and meal delivery. Nuvo’s coach can suggest recovery interventions and out-of-range-marker protocols; it is not a warehouse.
If you want Bryan Johnson’s lab program, Immortals Biomarkers at $365/year is the listed membership — two structured draws, 100+ biomarkers, Quest scheduling, an account, and an AI companion. That is closer to Function Health’s job than to Nuvo’s. Nuvo will not order those panels.
On free protocol reading, Bryan’s site still says the algorithm write-up is available for free. Nuvo is a 7-day trial, then a paid app. Reading Don’t Die is cheaper than either checkout.
Where Nuvo wins
Nuvo wins on cadence and category. Blueprint’s stack is a monthly kit. Immortals’ biological-age line on the Biomarkers page is marked coming soon, and even the shipped lab membership updates twice a year. Sleep last night, a training block, or a bad recovery week will not move a stack you already swallowed. Nuvo recalculates a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers so the number can respond to HealthKit data.
Nuvo wins on price if the job is a score, not a pantry. $24.99/year versus $98–$449 per stack (or $365/year for Immortals labs) is not a like-for-like discount — it is a category difference. Comparing $24.99 to $449 as if they bought the same thing is a mistake. Comparing them as “what does the average person actually need to see whether habits moved aging markers?” is the mid-funnel question this page is for.
Privacy is structural. Blueprint and Immortals are commerce and account products. Nuvo requires no account and uses the Apple privacy label Data Not Collected. If you will not put longitudinal labs and a checkout profile on a membership, Nuvo is the one built for that constraint.
Nuvo’s App Store presence is early: 4 ratings. Blueprint’s consumer fame is not. That gap is real. We are not going to inflate four ratings into social proof, and we do not publish a schema.org rating object for Nuvo.
Can you use both?
Yes. That is the honest answer for readers who already bought a stack or an Immortals panel. Use Blueprint (or any clinician protocol) for the interventions. Use Nuvo to turn 21 biomarkers — including an optional lab PDF — into a daily biological age on the phone you already carry. They do not cancel each other; one is input, the other is a daily readout.
If the only job is “mail me Bryan’s 36-to-60-active kit,” stop at Blueprint. If the only job is “order 100+ tests twice a year in Bryan’s lab program,” stop at Immortals Biomarkers (or Function — see Nuvo vs Function Health). If the only job is “daily biological age from wearables plus labs I already have, privately, on iPhone,” stop at Nuvo. Download app.
Habits that actually move aging markers — sleep, aerobic fitness, glucose, inflammation — are covered in How to reduce biological age. This page is only about which product to buy for which job.
Pricing math without invented discounts
Blueprint US store (product JSON, 6 September 2026): Easy Stack $98, Medium Stack $270, Big Stack $449. Build My Stack lists a 5% subscription saving; we do not invent a lower checkout total than the product page. Featured individual SKUs on Blueprint’s public catalog include $49 Longevity Mix / Essential Capsules / Advanced Antioxidants (30-day). Haircare and skincare stacks ($178 / $167 on the stacks collection) are optional extras, not required to run Easy/Medium/Big.
Immortals Biomarkers, a sibling SKU: $365/year on immortals.com/pages/biomarkers and the App Store listing. Immortals Concierge is a different product; their concierge page lists tiers from $75,000/year. We mention that only so nobody confuses it with a $98 stack or a $24.99 app.
Nuvo: $4.99/month or $24.99/year ($2.08/month billed annually) after a 7-day trial. No lab draw and no supplement kit is bundled.
A year of Easy Stack reorders is about $1,176 if you pay $98 every 30 days and never take the 5% subscription. A year of Nuvo at the annual plan is $24.99. Those dollars buy different things. Say so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I pick Nuvo or Blueprint?
Pick Blueprint if you want Bryan Johnson’s packaged supplement protocol — Easy $98, Medium $270, or Big $449 — from blueprint.bryanjohnson.com. Pick Nuvo if you want a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers on iPhone and Apple Watch, optional lab PDF in that same score, on-device AI, no account, and $24.99/year after a 7-day trial. Many people who already bought a stack still want a daily readout; the products can stack.
Is Blueprint a biological age app?
No. Blueprint’s public store sells supplements, nutrition, and devices. Daily wearable biological age is not on those product pages. Immortals Biomarkers, a separate $365/year lab membership, lists “Track biological age” as coming soon. Nuvo is the daily 21-biomarker iPhone and Apple Watch score in this comparison.
How much do Blueprint and Nuvo cost?
Blueprint stacks on the US store we checked are $98 (Easy), $270 (Medium), and $449 (Big), with a 5% subscription discount on Build My Stack. Immortals Biomarkers is $365/year if you want the lab membership instead of (or besides) a stack. Nuvo is $4.99/month or $24.99/year ($2.08/month billed annually) after a 7-day trial.
Does Nuvo require an account?
No. Nuvo uses on-device private AI and no account. Apple’s privacy label is Data Not Collected. Blueprint checkout and Immortals Biomarkers are account-based commerce and lab products.
How many biomarkers does Nuvo use?
21 longevity biomarkers. They combine HealthKit wearable inputs with optional labs such as HbA1c, fasting glucose, HDL, CRP, creatinine, and more. Blueprint stack pages advertise 36, 55, or 60 “Longevity Actives” — those are supplement ingredients, not a 21-marker (or any other) daily biological-age clock.
Can I use Blueprint labs or a stack with Nuvo?
Nuvo does not sell Blueprint products. If you have a lab PDF from Immortals Biomarkers, Function, a clinician, or another panel, you can add it to Nuvo’s 21-biomarker daily score alongside HealthKit data. A stack you swallow does not automatically appear in Nuvo; the score moves when wearables and optional labs you enter change.
Is this medical advice?
No. This comparison is educational. Neither Blueprint, Immortals, nor Nuvo replaces care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed clinician. Supplements and lab results should be reviewed with a qualified professional.
