Nuvo vs AgelessRx: Daily Biological Age App or Longevity Prescriptions?
Pick AgelessRx for clinician-guided longevity Rx (Metformin from $25/mo). Pick Nuvo for a daily 21-biomarker bio age on iPhone. Complementary, not substitutes.
Written by the Nuvo Longevity editorial team at Firefly Labs LLC.
Choose AgelessRx if you want clinician-guided longevity prescriptions — Metformin from about $25/month, LDN, Rapamycin, NAD+ injections, microdosing tirzepatide, and related protocols shipped after a licensed provider review. Choose Nuvo if you want a daily biological age on iPhone and Apple Watch from 21 biomarkers — HealthKit wearables plus optional conventional lab PDF — with on-device AI, no account, and $24.99/year after a 7-day trial. They are adjacent jobs, not substitutes. AgelessRx is the Rx intervention. Nuvo is the daily score that can show whether lifestyle or a prescription moved the needle. Many people on an AgelessRx plan still want that daily 21-biomarker number; they can stack.
Written by the Nuvo Longevity editorial team at Firefly Labs LLC, the developer of Nuvo. AgelessRx details below are taken from AgelessRx’s public homepage, longevity product catalog, Metformin, LDN, NAD+ injection, Glutathione injection, Rapamycin, Microdosing Tirzepatide, Infinite Longevity Support, Phenotypic Age blood-test, BioAge calculator, and privacy-policy pages, plus the PEARL rapamycin trial those pages cite, checked 18 September 2026. Prices cited are the public “starting at” / listed figures on those pages; promo and introductory quarterly rates can change at checkout, and we do not invent a post-promo annual total those pages do not print. This page is educational and is not medical advice. Prescription products require a licensed clinician; neither Nuvo nor this article is a substitute for that review.
What each product actually sells
AgelessRx: a telehealth longevity pharmacy
AgelessRx (Ann Arbor, MI) is a clinician-guided telehealth longevity platform. The public pitch on the homepage and longevity prescriptions catalog (checked 18 September 2026) is anti-aging / longevity medicine: complete an online intake, match with a US-licensed in-house provider, get a prescription if appropriate, then receive a discreet shipment from a US-licensed, LegitScript-certified compounding pharmacy partner, with ongoing messaging, refills, and dose adjustments. Homepage FAQ: depending on your state, a short video consult may be required; identity checks can include ID and a selfie. Care is 100% online. No in-person visit is required on the public flow.
What the catalog actually sells, with public US prices we could verify on 18 September 2026:
- Metformin — once-daily pill; starting at $25/mo.
- Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) — daily capsule; starting at $25/mo (monthly, 3-month, and 6-month plans listed). The same $25/mo floor is on the longevity catalog table.
- Glutathione injection — listed at $99/mo; catalog table also says starting at $99/mo, up to 5×/week.
- NAD+ injection — listed at $79/mo, with the page disclaimer “Introductory price applies to quarterly plan.” We do not invent the monthly or post-intro figure that page does not print.
- Rapamycin — listed at $65/mo, billed monthly and shipped monthly, with baseline and ongoing blood work included on that page.
- Microdosing tirzepatide — public page showed a promo of $159/month next to a struck-through $239/month on 18 September 2026. Promo pricing may vary; cite checkout.
- Infinite Longevity Support — doctor-formulated daily pack (7 ingredients, marketed around 9 hallmarks of aging). Public copy: $65/month applies to a 3-month plan billed in full ($195 every 3 months).
AgelessRx also publishes a free Phenotypic Age calculator at bioagecalculator.agelessrx.com: you type in blood-test results and get a static Phenotypic Age. That is not a daily wearable score. If you do not already have the nine markers, AgelessRx sells a Phenotypic Age blood test as a $75 one-time Quest draw (lab order and testing fees included; no membership required on that page). The catalog FAQ is explicit: to check biological age, try the free calculator with a recent blood test.
AgelessRx is not an iPhone daily coach. It does not read Apple Watch, Oura, or Garmin as the clock. It is a prescription telehealth product (plus an optional static blood-chemistry age calculator).
Nuvo: a daily 21-biomarker score
Nuvo Longevity (App Store: Nuvo: Longevity Coach, id 6762535065) is an iPhone and Apple Watch app. It calculates a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers: Apple Health / HealthKit data from Apple Watch, Oura, or Garmin, plus optional lab PDF upload so conventional results you already paid for (HbA1c, fasting glucose, HDL, CRP, creatinine, and more) sit in the same score.
Coaching runs as on-device private AI (Nuvo Intelligence). There is no account. Apple’s privacy nutrition label for Nuvo is Data Not Collected. Health data stays on the phone. Price is $4.99/month or $24.99/year after a 7-day trial — $24.99/year is $2.08/month billed annually. Nuvo is not Android, does not write prescriptions, and does not ship medication.
Nuvo is not Metformin, Rapamycin, NAD+ injections, or a telehealth pharmacy. If the job is “get a licensed clinician to prescribe a longevity protocol and ship it,” that is AgelessRx. If the job is “one daily biological age from 21 biomarkers, including optional labs, privately, on the phone you already carry,” that is Nuvo. Download app. For the wider field, see our 2026 biological age app comparison. For a 160+ conventional lab membership rather than prescriptions, see Nuvo vs Function Health. For a DNA-methylation kit rather than Rx, see Nuvo vs TruDiagnostic (TruAge). For an IgG glycan kit, see Nuvo vs GlycanAge.
Comparison table
| AgelessRx | Nuvo Longevity | |
|---|---|---|
| Job to be done | Clinician-guided longevity prescriptions (and optional static Phenotypic Age from blood). Telehealth intake → provider review → discreet pharmacy shipment → ongoing support. | One daily biological age from 21 biomarkers on the iPhone and Apple Watch you already own, with optional labs you already paid for. |
| Daily score? | No daily wearable biological age. The free BioAge calculator is a static Phenotypic Age from typed-in blood results. The $75 blood test is a one-time Quest panel for that calculator. | Yes. Recalculated daily from 21 biomarkers so sleep, HRV, training, and optional labs can sit in one number. |
| Wearable? | Not a wearable-first product. Public pages do not sell an Apple Watch daily bio-age app. | iPhone + Apple Watch app. HealthKit from Apple Watch, Garmin, or Oura. |
| Prescriptions? | Yes. Metformin, LDN, Rapamycin, NAD+ / Glutathione injections, microdosing tirzepatide, Infinite Longevity Support, and related protocols after a licensed clinician decides they are appropriate. | No. Nuvo does not prescribe, compound, or ship medication. |
| Privacy / account | Account / telehealth intake required. Homepage FAQ: ID and selfie for identity checks, stored on a secure server. Calculator copy: results are associated to accounts by email. Privacy policy (posted 4/2/2020) describes Personal Information, Log Data, cookies, and Google Analytics. Cloud clinical product, not on-device-only. | No account. On-device private AI (Nuvo Intelligence). Apple privacy label: Data Not Collected. Data stays on the phone, is not sent to Nuvo servers, and is not sold. See on-device AI and privacy. |
| Price ballpark (US public, 18 Sep 2026) | Entry Rx: Metformin and LDN starting at $25/mo. Rapamycin $65/mo with labs included. Glutathione injection $99/mo. NAD+ injection $79/mo as an introductory quarterly-plan price. Microdosing tirzepatide promo $159/mo (struck $239 on the page we checked). Infinite pack $65/mo on a 3-month bill ($195). Optional Phenotypic Age blood test $75 one-time; calculator is free. HSA/FSA and free shipping listed on product pages. We do not invent post-promo yearly totals. | $4.99/month or $24.99/year after a 7-day trial. No kit, no Rx, and no lab draw is bundled. |
| Best for | People who want a licensed clinician to prescribe a longevity protocol and will complete intake, possible video consult, and ongoing monitoring. | People who want one daily 21-biomarker biological age on the iPhone they already own, optional labs they already paid for, no account, at $24.99/year. |
| App Store ratings | AgelessRx is a telehealth / web pharmacy, not a daily App Store coach we would treat as a comparable rating corpus. We do not invent an App Store rating count for AgelessRx. | Honestly thin: 5.0 from 4 US ratings (iTunes lookup, 15 September 2026). Do not treat that as a large review corpus. |
What each “biological age” actually measures
AgelessRx’s free calculator is Phenotypic Age from blood chemistry — you enter lab values and get a static number. AgelessRx’s calculator page cites Levine et al., Aging (Albany NY) 2018 (the Phenotypic Age / DNAm PhenoAge lineage). That is a different measurement family from a wearable composite and from an epigenetic kit. The $75 Quest panel exists so you can fill the nine markers the calculator needs (AgelessRx notes routine panels often omit at least one, commonly CRP).
AgelessRx prescriptions are not a clock at all. Metformin, Rapamycin, NAD+, LDN, and GLP-1 microdosing are pharmacologic interventions a clinician may or may not approve. The company’s Stanford PhD-led team designed and published the PEARL rapamycin trial:
- Moel M et al. Influence of rapamycin on safety and healthspan metrics after one year: PEARL trial results. Aging (Albany NY) 2025 (PMID 40188830) — 48-week randomized, placebo-controlled trial of weekly compounded rapamycin in adults 50–85; 114 completers. Primary endpoint (visceral adiposity) did not change significantly; secondary findings included lean-mass and pain improvements in women at 10 mg, and self-reported general health / emotional well-being at 5 mg. AgelessRx’s rapamycin page summarizes that trial. It does not convert Rapamycin into a daily Apple Watch score.
- Levine ME et al. An epigenetic biomarker of aging for lifespan and healthspan. Aging (Albany NY) 2018;10(4):573–591 (PMID 29676998) — the Phenotypic Age paper AgelessRx’s calculator cites. A typed-in blood PhenoAge and a Nuvo daily score of the same number are not interchangeable.
Nuvo’s 21 biomarkers are wearable plus optional conventional labs — HRV, sleep, fitness, and chemistry such as HbA1c or CRP, recalculated daily on device. Nuvo does not prescribe Rapamycin, does not run PEARL, and does not implement AgelessRx’s nine-marker calculator as a named clock.
Can they stack?
Yes — that is the honest adjacent-jobs answer. Use AgelessRx (if a clinician approves a protocol) for the intervention. Use Nuvo for the daily 21-biomarker trend on HealthKit plus any conventional lab PDF you already have. Nuvo does not ingest AgelessRx prescriptions, PEARL endpoints, or the Phenotypic Age calculator as named inputs. If AgelessRx or Quest produces a standard lab PDF (HbA1c, glucose, lipids, CRP), that PDF can sit in Nuvo’s 21-biomarker score. A Rapamycin bottle does not become Nuvo’s daily clock, and Nuvo does not replace a clinician.
If you only want the prescription, stop at AgelessRx. If you only want the daily score, stop at Nuvo. If you already pay for Rx and still want to see whether sleep, training, or that protocol showed up in a daily number, stack them.
Privacy
AgelessRx is an account and clinical product. To get a prescription you complete intake; the homepage FAQ says ID and a selfie may be required and are stored on a secure server. The BioAge calculator associates results to an email / account. The privacy policy describes collection of Personal Information and Log Data, cookies, and Google Analytics, and contact at info@agelessrx.com. That is a normal design for US telehealth. It is not Nuvo’s design.
Nuvo requires no account and uses the Apple privacy label Data Not Collected. Coaching is on-device. Data stays on the phone and is not sold. If you will not put a medical intake, ID, and prescription history on a telehealth account, do not buy AgelessRx. If you will not put longitudinal wearable and lab data on an app account, Nuvo is the one built for that constraint. Architecture notes: health app privacy and on-device AI.
Where AgelessRx wins
AgelessRx wins if the job is a licensed clinician and a longevity prescription. Metformin, LDN, Rapamycin (with included labs on the public rapamycin page), NAD+ / Glutathione injections, and GLP-1 microdosing are the product. Nuvo does not claim to beat AgelessRx at compounding, pharmacy fulfillment, PEARL-informed rapamycin protocols, or unlimited provider messaging. If that is the product you came to buy, buy AgelessRx — after a clinician says it is appropriate.
AgelessRx also wins if you want a one-time Phenotypic Age from blood without owning an Apple Watch. The free calculator plus optional $75 Quest panel is a static chemistry clock. Nuvo’s daily number is a 21-biomarker composite you can see every morning. Those are different resolutions. Scale is not close on reviews either. Nuvo’s App Store presence is early: 4 ratings. We are not going to inflate four ratings into social proof, and we do not publish a schema.org rating object for Nuvo.
Where Nuvo wins
Nuvo wins on the daily biological-age job. AgelessRx updates a Phenotypic Age when you re-enter labs. A prescription does not, by itself, print a morning wearable score. Nuvo recalculates a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers so sleep, HRV, training, and optional labs can sit in one number without another consult.
Nuvo wins on price if you already own an iPhone (and often an Apple Watch). $24.99/year versus $25/month for entry Rx (or $65–$159/month for Rapamycin / tirzepatide microdosing on the public pages) is not a like-for-like discount — it is a category difference. If you do not want a prescription, Nuvo does not require one.
Privacy is structural. AgelessRx is account/telehealth (intake, identity check, pharmacy fulfillment). Nuvo is no account and Data Not Collected. Conventional labs in Nuvo are optional PDFs in the same 21-biomarker score. Those panels do not become AgelessRx’s Phenotypic Age calculator, and AgelessRx does not become Nuvo’s daily clock.
Who wins for which user
Buy AgelessRx if you want clinician-guided longevity prescriptions and will complete intake and monitoring. Buy Nuvo if you want a daily 21-biomarker biological age on iPhone and Apple Watch, privately, at $24.99/year. Buy both if you already pay for AgelessRx (or another longevity clinic) and still want a daily age number from HealthKit plus any conventional lab PDF you have. They do not cancel each other; one is an Rx platform, the other is a daily age readout.
If the only job is “prescribe and ship a longevity protocol,” stop at AgelessRx. If the only job is “daily biological age from 21 biomarkers, privately, on iPhone,” stop at Nuvo. Download app.
Habits that actually move aging markers — sleep, aerobic fitness, glucose, inflammation — are covered in How to reduce biological age. This page is only about which product to buy for which job. For Function Health’s 160+ lab membership rather than prescriptions, see Nuvo vs Function Health. For TruDiagnostic’s blood-spot TruAge methylation kit, see Nuvo vs TruDiagnostic (TruAge).
Pricing math without invented discounts
AgelessRx US public prices we verified (18 September 2026): Metformin starting at $25/mo on the Metformin page. LDN starting at $25/mo on the LDN page and longevity catalog table. Glutathione injection $99/mo. NAD+ injection $79/mo with an introductory quarterly-plan disclaimer — we will not print a fake post-intro monthly. Rapamycin $65/mo billed monthly, labs included. Microdosing tirzepatide $159/mo promo (struck $239 on the page we fetched); promo pricing may vary. Infinite Longevity Support $65/mo on a 3-month bill ($195). Phenotypic Age blood test $75 one-time; calculator free. HSA/FSA and free shipping are listed on those product pages. Tax, state availability, video-consult rules, and checkout promos can differ — cite the product page at purchase time.
Nuvo: $4.99/month or $24.99/year ($2.08/month billed annually) after a 7-day trial. No prescription and no mailed sample is bundled.
Those dollars buy different things. Say so. Comparing $25/month Metformin to $24.99/year Nuvo as if they bought the same object is a category error. Many high-intent shoppers already spend the Rx money; the remaining question is whether they also want a daily 21-biomarker biological age. That is the Nuvo add, not a rip-and-replace.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I pick Nuvo or AgelessRx?
Pick AgelessRx if you want clinician-guided longevity prescriptions (Metformin and LDN starting at $25/mo on public pages, plus Rapamycin, NAD+ / Glutathione injections, microdosing tirzepatide, Infinite Longevity Support) after a licensed provider review, with discreet shipping and ongoing support. Pick Nuvo if you want a daily biological age from 21 biomarkers on iPhone and Apple Watch, optional conventional lab PDF in that same score, on-device AI, no account, and $24.99/year after a 7-day trial. If you already use AgelessRx, you can stack: AgelessRx for the Rx, Nuvo for the daily 21-biomarker trend.
Is AgelessRx a biological age app?
No. AgelessRx is a telehealth longevity pharmacy. It sells clinician-guided prescriptions, not an Apple Watch daily biological-age score. It does offer a free Phenotypic Age calculator that uses typed-in blood-test results, and a $75 Quest panel if you need those markers. That calculator is a static blood-chemistry age, not a daily wearable score.
Can I use Nuvo with AgelessRx?
Yes. They are complementary. AgelessRx (if prescribed) is the intervention. Nuvo is the daily 21-biomarker readout on HealthKit plus optional lab PDFs. Nuvo does not ingest AgelessRx prescriptions or the Phenotypic Age calculator as named inputs. A standard lab PDF can go into Nuvo’s score. You do not have to pick only one product.
Does AgelessRx have a daily wearable biological age?
Not on AgelessRx’s public product pages. Biological age there means the free Phenotypic Age calculator (and optional $75 blood test), which updates when you re-enter labs — not every morning from Apple Watch.
How much do AgelessRx and Nuvo cost?
AgelessRx entry Rx starts at $25/mo for Metformin and LDN on the public product pages we checked 18 September 2026. Rapamycin is listed at $65/mo with labs included. Glutathione injection is $99/mo. NAD+ injection is $79/mo as an introductory quarterly-plan price. Microdosing tirzepatide showed a $159/mo promo (struck $239). Infinite Longevity Support is $65/mo on a 3-month bill ($195). Nuvo is $4.99/month or $24.99/year ($2.08/month billed annually) after a 7-day trial, with no Rx required.
Does Nuvo prescribe Metformin, Rapamycin, or NAD+?
No. Nuvo is an iPhone and Apple Watch app. It does not replace a licensed clinician, a compounding pharmacy, or AgelessRx’s intake. Prescription decisions belong with a qualified professional.
Does Nuvo require an account?
No. Nuvo uses on-device private AI and no account. Apple’s privacy label is Data Not Collected; data stays on the phone. AgelessRx requires an account / intake for prescriptions (and associates calculator results to an email). Nuvo uses 21 longevity biomarkers (HealthKit plus optional labs such as HbA1c, fasting glucose, HDL, CRP, creatinine); AgelessRx’s nine-marker Phenotypic Age calculator is a different assay.
Is this medical advice?
No. This comparison is educational. Neither AgelessRx nor Nuvo replaces care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed clinician. AgelessRx prescriptions require a provider who determines whether a protocol is appropriate for your history. Lab results, Phenotypic Age, wearable scores, and off-label longevity medications should be reviewed with a qualified professional.
